Kountry Wood Products - Value Driven Cabinetry

Cabinet Construction:
Cabinet fronts are made from solid wood. Front stiles are pocket-drilled and assembled with screws for rugged durability. Side and back panels are made from 3/8" vinyl covered particleboard. Base cabinets include all wood hanging rails on the sides and back.

Cabinet Doors:
All doors (except Mission which are 5/8" particleboard with maple veneers) are constructed using 3/4" x 2-1/4" solid wood rails with mortised and tenoned corner joints. Harmony and Classic doors are beveled on back for easy grip opening. Harmony, Georgetown and Vanderburgh doors use a 1/4" veneer center panel.Classic doors are either 5/8" solid oak or maple veneers on fiberboard panel. All center panels are held in place using rubber balls that enable wood expansion and contraction.

Cabinet Door Styles

Cabinet door style options include Harmony (flat panel), Harmony Elite (arched flat panel), Georgetown (shaker), Classic (raised panel), Classic Elite (arched raised panel), Mission (slab), Vanderburgh (mitred), Williamsburg (mitred raised panel) styles. Both Shaker and Mission styles are available with full overlay.

Cabinet Drawers:
All drawers are constructed using 1/2" MDF with bull nosed, foil covered top edges and dovetail construction. Drawers glide smoothly on self-adjusting ball bearing nylon guides.

Cabinet Shelves:
Wall cabinets feature adjustable 1/2" MDF shelves with bull nosed, foil covered front edges. Base cabinets feature fixed center shelves.

Cabinet Hinges:
Hidden, self-closing hinge.

Cabinet Finish:
All cabinet front and door surfaces receive stain and a catalyzed clear finish.
